Event Hall Rental Information
Sabal Palm Sanctuary is Proud to announce the availability of our new Barbara T. Warburton Education Center for event rentals.
Normal rental rate:
- $100 to $300 per hour (2 hour minimum), plus a $500 security deposit (refundable)
Building capacity:
- Capacity of approximately 64 seated at tables or 100 seated without tables
- Tables and chairs are provided only for the inside
Included with all rentals are the following amenities:
- Event hall, food preparation area, restrooms and courtyard
- 100 – White wooden folding chairs
- 100 – Green cushioned indoor chairs
- 8 – 6 foot wooden round tables
- 6 – 8 foot plastic rectangular tables
- HD digital projector and screen
- Setup of tables and chairs
No PA system is provided.
No catering service is provided.
No table covers are provided.
The Rabb Plantation house is NOT included in any event rental.
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation date and is refundable, less a $100 administrative fee.
An additional $500 security deposit is required at the time of reservation and is fully refundable after site inspection insures no damage to the property.
Any refunds are made via company check. NO cash refunds.
A venue hire agreement (contract) must be signed upon making a reservation.
